Recently purchased website creator X5 and am very happy with the functionallity and availiable options however I can't get any of the items under the standard component menu to function - such as rotating picture, ad banner, news ticker, etc... If I try any of these options listed under this menu - I drag the box but no dialog box opens as illistrated in the manual (pg 628 for what i'm doing). I've tried utilizing the options on blank pages to make sure it isn't a formatting problem, even uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times. NONE of these options function - anyone have a similar issue? Is there a plug-in I need to utilize this?

If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 you need to run the website creator software with admin privileges and use JRE 1.6. This tutorial will explain in more detail: http://www.gotfusion.com/tutorials/tut.cfm?itemID=4037
I was supposed to get a copy of X5 with web site creator but I never did so the names of the program files may be different in the tutorial than what you see in windows explorer.
My wife is trying to run this on Windows 7 as well.
I tried following your suggestion but I am unable to locate the fusion.exe file. I'm not sure if that has to do with this program being a reissue of NetObjects program so the file is named something else but I cant find any .exe files in programfiles/corel/websitecreatorx5/netobjects.
