I am new with this product so please bear with me.
I want to put 6 rotating images (slide show) on the homepage of a website using corel website creator.
I have tried the following:
1. Building the slide show exactly as website creator's help topics;
2. Using a jquery plugin like this one: http://eyecon.ro/spacegallery;
3. Using www.dynamicdrive.com and copying original DHTML & Javascripts.
With all the above the slideshow does not show in browser preview or in website creator's build in preview.
Can someone please tell me what i did wrong?

On The Custom Components > Standard tool bar you will find a component called rotating pictures. This is what you are after

However in preview nothing shows. Not even my header or links... Sorry man, I am new at this.
Many components do not function using the preview. Do a local publish and view the finished pages in a browser.
That also did not seem to work. LOL can one person have so much trouble with something so stupid???
Do any pages show or just the one you want to put an image rotation on?
Have you manually inserted any code?

All the pages show, just the home page where the rotating pics are on is only the lilac background. No links or text or nothing. I did insert code when i tried the javascript method, but i have removed that. And since then there is no manually code added.
I will try to upload the test and let you know in a bit.

Hi, I got it right - it was a setting on the layout properties...
Now I am having difficulty with opening the file after it was published. Popup that says This is not a Corel Website Creator file. I have a backup at least, I will just have to redo all the pictures.
