I'm a premium member and I am unable to use any of the standard or premium member corel online content in connect. I've tried installing multiple items and they all are still unusable.

Hope you are logged in Corel's account and seeing a green icon at bottom of CorelDRAW. Could you check if it shows any validation error by clicking on it.

Open Connect, click the gear upper right corner then click configure content libraries and make sure you enable (green check marks) the on line content.
The Corel content is checked.
