I'm a premium member and I am unable to use any of the standard or premium member corel online content in connect. I've tried installing multiple items and they all are still unusable.
Yes I'm logged in, showing green and logged in as a premium member
Open Connect, click the gear upper right corner then click configure content libraries and make sure you enable (green check marks) the on line content.
The Corel content is checked.
In connect top left do you have corel content checked? Are all the upper buttons activated, pushed in? Try double clicking on corel content.
Yes, all of those that should be checked or activated are, I'm able to see all of the standard and premium content I am just unable to use any of it after right click and installing it.
Hi,
I just checked and I can see the on line folders but I cannot get the folders to open or get the on line clip art into draw at this time.
I can get the clip art from my local disc in via connect. I have test software beyond 6.3 running so maybe someone else with 6.3 can try this?
Not sure if it's my software or maybe the online system is down?

So, you're "installing as a pattern" rather than importing?
If you selected a vector object, you should be able to use the pattern by selecting an object, going to the fill tool, selecting pattern fill and then full colour. You should probably also see a new .pat file installed at C:\Users\<yourname>\Documents\Corel\Corel Content\Vector Patterns

It was working from X6.3 when I tried it at about the same time as you -- both as an import into CorelDraw and as an install as pattern. But its equally possible that I get routed either to or through different servers in the cluster when trying it from UK.
