I'm a premium member and I am unable to use any of the standard or premium member corel online content in connect. I've tried installing multiple items and they all are still unusable.
I'm running x6
X6.3
If CorelDraw is not open and you double click on a CDR file in windows explorer, does CorelDraw launch and does it open the required file?
Also try the same, double clicking on a CPT file and see whether Photopaint opens.
I'm guessing that connect probably uses a similar mechanism to open downloaded content, so if the above are also not working we may need to check your file associations.

Incidentally, did you know that you can also drag icons from connect to your desktop as a way of downloading the files? That might possibly help you until we can work out why the other methods do not work.
Yes CorelDRAW will launch when I click on a .cdr file and PHOTO-PAINT will launch when I open a .cpt file but nothing happens when I try to open, import or install any file from the online content in CONNECT.
I've also tried the drag and drop to my desktop which does nothing.
I think I'm out of ideas for the moment.
I believe I have a thing or so, to try. Close all of the Corel Graphics Suite applications (DRAW, PP, Connect).
Press and hold down the F8 key while starting Connect.
When it asks if you wish to restore it to factory defaults, answer "Yes"
Let us know if this works, if not, then we can try one more thing.
