I've spent a whole hour on www.corel.com, trying to find a way to contact Corel - no success. The page is missing a simple Contact Us form where I can write my name, email and message.
Can somebody show a link where my message can reach the sales department? Or is there an e-mail address?
Thanks.
During working hours on the main Corel page, there is a chat option at the top. I had an upgrade question and they were very helpful.
Thank you for your answers.
Unfortunately I was in the "Rest of Europe" and here the chat isn't available, obviously I couldn't see...
Regardless, corel.com - as the CorelDRAW app - is missing some very simple features:
- I cannot enter my company details. So the invoice is made for me, personally, not for my company. This isn't good, since the company is paying the subscription, not me. I saw no webshop who hasn't company details... At corel.com it's not possible because it's not implemented.
- Finally I switched to US, I talked via chat, but they can't help. It's not their department... Then who's department is??? So I need to call a phone number in England to tell all my problems.
- I simply can't find the list of the Corel resellers in my country. I think this list doesn't even exists. When I'm contacting the software distributors in Romania, the have no knowledge about the Corel subscription plans.
... lots of problems related to a very very simple electronic purchase...
icefront; if you look to the right of the place Evans has circled there is a toll free number to call.

When you post questions, we have no idea where you are located unless you include your location in the post if it is not in your Common Profile options. If you include the information there may be a user who can direct you to the proper location. I gather the contact information is not on the invoice?

I think you need http://www.corel.com/corel/pages/index.jsp?pgid=800145 which gives
Rest of Europe: 44 1628 581601
44 is the UK country code, so precede it by whatever you need to dial for an international number.
The number is in the UK but is presumably the right place for you. Though personally, unless you have a very good price for calling UK I think I'd save the money and send them an airmail to the UK address:
Corel UK Limited Sapphire Court Bell Street Maidenhead, Berks SL6 1BU United Kingdom
But for Corel's benefit, I'll repost (and confirm) your original statement in large letters, which Corel should look into urgently and fix ...
It's such an obvious requirement -- how can any company in the 21st Century not have such a facility?

that existed until last year
I called the UK number, they told me they cannot make an invoice with specific details. No solution. How the hell can a company purchase subscription?????? Corel employees, if you are reading this, please solve this problem:
I called BSA and they told me, in order to have a correct license for my company, the invoice should be made for my company. I contacted the resellers and they told me, the Corel subscription plan can be purchased ONLY via the web site corel.com.
Corel.com doesn't offer input fields for companies so the invoice is made for a subscribed person. -- I'm writing this over and over again until somebody at Corel will understand that it's impossible to purchase their subscription plan...
