Hi.
A friend was looking for a Soft Inside Bevel Macro. Can anyone post a link to something, or similar. I know many of you are using Brian's macros and I think I heard it mentioned. If anyone can post a link here or info about one of Brian's macros that can do this it would be great.
Thanks,
~John
Are you referring to the BDinnershadow macro? https://coreldraw.com/forums/p/25929/121541.aspx#121541
Thanks Mike, that one is close but lack one important part of the bevel, that is the shiny highlights. I'd ideally want any macro enthusiast to make a macro on the following technique.
Hello,
on my machine it is running. Win7-64bit-X6.4
a curve is selected?
Yep! A curve is selected but doesn't work. Same message - Runtime error 13
This macro does not work with other regional settings ( if decimal delimiter is comma "," ). Therefore, you receive the error 'Runtime error 13'
I tried it and works fine, if you select a text you should convert to curves for add "soft bevel"
I also tried :). If the decimal delimiter in windows regional settings is point "." - all O.K. But if the delimiter is comma "," : Runtime error 13. The macro does not take into account the different regional settings.
Very nice! I like this effect. Seems to work OK in my X6, 24-bit.
A couple of comments to perfect this:
* The "Opacity" scale seems to be reversed. 100% Opacity seems to actually correspond to 100% Transparent.
* Also, it is possible to set "Opacity" to greater than 100%, which causes errors.
Minor issues. All in all, great job!
