I am using corel X6 64 on a Dell optiplex 9010 intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz. 8.00GB of RAM. Its taking about 1-2 minutes to copy/cut/open a file/save a file or even publish to PDF. On the same machine Same circumstances but different User i have no problem. I have to use my user because its connected to my email and at this company i cant change that. I have researched many forums and its not color styles or object styles. It does it on a new file with only one object created. I got a new computer signed on to my user account and the problem persists. PLEASE help.
My company has an IT department and maintains our systems integrity.
To answer your question about what programs are running differently i ran corel with nothing else open. There were however a lot more processes running on the slow user (which is fast in everythingsave the above mentioned problems). Here are two screen shots of the different users.
sorry wrong screen here is the good user
Sorry, I'm not seeing your images -- they seem to be buried in stupid google spyware.
Can you try posting proper images (jpg, png etc) instead of an indirect link requiring google or gmail spyware services.
Try looking at Task Manager to see what Windows has running when you are on the computer.

Then it seems likely that one of these processes is interfering with CorelDRAW in the problem account.
Is there a difference in installed software application between the two user accounts by looking at the Program menu? If yes you could ask IT to have your mail assigned to the new user account that has no problems and see if that solves your problem. Then you can add any missing software one by one. If you are lucky the problem will not return and if it does return then you will have an idea which software may be interfering with CorelDRAW. This of course assumes that you can do without the other software for a short while.
