I guess it might be helpful nowadays.
I have a computer with a lot of RAM and a SSD drive. In order to increase the SSD-drive lifetime I created a RAMdisk to store all temporary files, TEMP and TMP system folders on it. One day after reboot I couldn't run CorelDraw - it stopped with the error message Unexpected Condition #5000 - D:/WALDO/V1400/APPS/VGCORE...
As I realized the problem was that my RAMdisk hadn't been mounted due to reasons not related with this topic and CorelDRAW couldn't create temporary files. After I solved this issue with RAMdisk - everything worked fine.
Ha... I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure this one out... same error messages....
How do I "fix" this ram/ssd issue? I'm clueless as to where to even begin... any suggestions?
Thanks,
Matt
