Something weird has started happening and it is maddening. Every time I open up CorelDraw or create a new document, I receive the following error message:
"LIBRARY NO LONGER AVAILABLE" Access to Flickr no longer available
Does anyone know why this message is coming up or how to STOP it. LOL It is driving me insane.
JoJo
Flickr has changed its access API, which is apparently preventing all programs (not just CorelDraw) from directly accessing the site content.
I believe it is fixed in X7 update 2, but older versions will not be able to access flickr.
To lose the error message, you probably need to open Connect and deselect flickr in the libraries panel.
Wow...thank you for the help. I've opened up Connect and checked the libraries panel. It doesn't appear that Flickr is active. There is a red circle with a white line through it. If I click on it, it opens up and asks whether I want to activate it. Could there be another area. The only area that is checked is Corel Content but all of those items are located on my computer. I have no online photo libraries.
I just tried it in X6 (should have thought of that before).
The configuration is here ...
Click on that and it will bring up the configuration screen ... which will already have flickr removed from it.
Press the OK at the bottom of the screen and the configuration will be saved without flickr in the configuration.
Now I think you can start Connect without being warned that flickr is not available.
You are AWESOME!!! Thank you so much.
