Corel Draw X6 update 1 requires a log in to Corel account to install. Then it says:
This serial number is associated with another email. Please sign in with the original email and password.
Then it says to contact support, and the support page has no resources I can contact other than this forum, which is the worst forum software I have ever seen.
How do I install update X6.1 and X6.4? How do I figure this out when there is no longer any direct support for this stuff?

There's definitely something wrong and you may get problems in the future.
I suggest you contact Gérard to see if he can check your serial number and account(s).
