I wish to transfer pages of paragraph text from CDR 16 to Word Perfect 16 so I can continue the work there. The problem is that text documents in CDR get unwieldy beyond 10 or so pages. I understand that this isn't a problem in WP. I can cut and paste but I lose text italics/bold formatting etc. How do I do it?

If I had a lot of content that I was trying to rescue, then I would concentrate on trying to get the HTML export to work.
I tried the PDF approach, but it imported as individual lines of text.
The HTML approach defines styles, then specifies which style is applied to an entire paragraph of text, with in-line markup showing local variations, e.g., a few words that are bold, italic, underlined, etc. The result is nicely importable by Word and by LibreOffice Writer.
OK, I've got it to work. It looks a nightmare at first glance. Most of the text comes in fine - but all in one font and in one size. Most affectations are there - but not all. Paragraph formatting is lost and each page is exported individually, so it can't all be imported at once. And Draw keeps crashing! But it's getting there. I hoped I could modify the HTML but it's written in the usual autoscript gobbledegook.
