Rulers in a power clip

I have noticed that I am unable to use the rulers when editing a power clip.  Is this something that just happened or has it been this way all along. I'm using CorelDraw x6.

    This is normal behavior and I believe it has been brought up before. It can be frustrating. Alternately you can copy a guideline then go into the powerclip and paste. Notice a message pops up informing you that it will now be printed. Just have to remember to delete them once no longer needed.
