how to break all transparency and shadow in a document with macro?

yes, it can be done.
macro would have to
1. Select all and ungroup
2. look for shadows and break apart or delete
3. look for all transparencies and set to none
4. then regroup all if needed

can we just break both instead of delete or none.. i want them, i just want to break them to use for printing.
