Newbie question, just signed up for CorelDraw Community. How do I replace the text in a X6 document that has multiple text fields on one page with text from a excel file. Currently all fields, 36 in my case have the same text in them, and I use the find and replace text tool, FIND the text, type in the new text in the REPLACE WITH box, click replace, type in the next text to be replaced, click replace and so on. I would like to make this an automated process as the replacement text comes from an excel file, and in my case the text is in individual cells all in one excel column.

But my original problem still remains the text from record one appears on page 1 (and duplicates multiple times) the text for record 2 appears on page 2 and so on. I still need; the text from record 1 needs to be put in the first text box of page 1, the text from record 2 needs to be put in the second text box of page 1, the text from record 3 needs to be put in the third text box of page 1 and so on. cannot figure out how to do this.
Would you be willing to expand a little bit on exactly what you are trying to do? For example, are you trying to make 36 labels on one page, each label identical to the others except for the merged content?
Eskimo,
I would say your description;
36 labels on one page, each label identical to the others except for the merged content?
Is a very good example of what I am trying to do.

Have a look at my responses in this thread:
custom quantity of tiling with crop marks.
The general approach there is to design a page the size of a single label, then use imposition layout to arrange a quantity of those label-sized pages on each page to be physically printed.
