Accessing clip art

For years I have used corelDraw 7 from the early 90s. My CD's finally died so I upgraded to X7 this morning. I'm not tech savvy at all and am having a difficult time finding out how to access the clipart. Anyone willing to patiently help a very frustrated person? Please?
