I need to have a texture setting for spun gold leaf in my textures for fill for my customers to see what their gold leaf job will look like. There are others I could use one I know the method of adding it to texture fills and to be able to alter the appearance and size of the spin. If anyone knows how to add this, please enlighten me. I'm presently using Coreldraw X7.

You can use any bitmap as a fill and resize it in the fill dialog. It might be cumbersome though to open the fill dialog (too slow!) to resize the fill with customers watching over your shoulder. You could try something like the following. Create a repeating tile image, fill a rectangle and Powerclip the rectangle into the design.
Just one idea. Perhaps someone else will have another.
