Please tell me how to make outline a few pages at once.

    Double click over the rectangle tool make a rectangle witht the same size of the page (a page border), so you can copy/paste on several pages. If you want to aplly to all pages, create a Master Layer first and create the page border (or drag the rectangle to the Master page)
