Illustrator can do this. CorelDraw for some reason cant.
(if it makes Draw much slower, forget I mentioned it, I'd rather have speed)
Right-click when the object is selected and choose Hide Object from the Context menu. You can also do this via the Object Manager docker by clicking its little eye icon. Patti
I have X8 HOme and Student, and it's not available on that either!
I'm tempted to NEVER buy Corel software again due to the number of incredibly basic functions that are left out of the (still quite expensive) Home/student editions.
Obscure, expert-level features are left in, but essential stuff like this is taken out (seemingly at random), with absolutely no prior warning of what's going to be missing.
I never used the Home&Student version but you're right, the Home&Student version doesn't include several features.
