How can you pull out and tear off menu items. Example how do i tear off the shape tools from the toolbox etc..?
Thank you
dreamwizard; In the Screen Shot below on the left is my tool bar, you can see that I have removed the zoom icon, on the right is what I made and put it on the Right of the screen, very easy to do following the normal way of editing a tool bar.

Hello TheSignGuy,
Again, thank you for your response but I'm not trying to edit the toolbar or command bar or create a custom toolbar but simply pull out the fly-out menu from the toolbox as illustrated in my image. Maybe i'm not being clear in my explanation i'll try to better illustrate what I mean when I have a little more time.
However, I do appreciate everyone's help. :)
Hi dreanwizard
George has a image of the of the tools and down at the bottom you will see a circle with a X in it if you click on this and follow the customization list
you will be able to move the selected tool or the tool fly out I have just done both of them
Do not forget to unlock and lock the tool bar when finished
Not the same as it used to be

Hi Joe,
Thanks for your reply but that is also not what I'm referring to. Obviously i haven't articulated it clearly enough here so I will make a better attempt with the appropriate illustrative images. I do appreciate all your help.
Hopefully this series of images helps to illustrate what i'm trying to do. I'm not trying to customize anything simply trying to "tear off" the submenu from the toolbar as could be done in every version before x7. (once toolbars are unlocked for x6 and x7)
Step 1 - Select desired fly-out menu
Step 2 - Click to expand desired fly-out to reveal sub tools
Step 3 - Click and drag on dotted line at the top of sub-menu to "tear-off" the sub-options. An icon with arrows pointing in all directions indicating this can be moved appears.
Step 5 - Now that the sub-menu item is detached from the toolbox, move it to desired location on screen. Once you are done with the tools you can just click the "X" to close the window and the tools are back in the toolbox. Nothing was customized.
I hope this does a better job of explaining what I mean. And thank you all for your help. This isn't a huge deal but a minor annoyance that will require me to work in a different, and to me less intuitive way but I'm sure I'll get used to it. I just don't understand why this wouldn't be possible other than perhaps a change I'm missing or an over-sight on Corel's part.
