Pen tool problems

Hi Leo,
1. I haven't yet set up DRAW X7.
2. However, in all previous versions I could never get your original curve by dragging the Pen or Bezier tool. I always had to convert all nodes to Curves using the Shape tool. I then converted individual nodes to one of the three choices.
3. In your second drawing, it looks as if the node which is selected should be converted to a cusp node. You can then drag the handles to position the curve or move the curve itself.
4. Isn't this possible in DRAW X7.
