I want to buy a Microsoft Surface (with 4G LTE), which surface should I get that runs Corel draw x7 the best?
Not sue I'm the best judge but I have two clients running them and they use the top of the line, pricey! With that said they love them and they use CorelDraw X7.
I bet you're a serious designer! [;)]
About a year and a half ago I put in a new system so my budget is placing revenue away for a replacement in a few years. I tested a developer version of the Surface Studio and found it to be the future of graphics.
I say this because graphics tablets for some reason just can't get it together with their drivers and MS has the resources to fix any interface issues that pop may up.
With that said Gerard has stated on this forum that full support for the Surface Studio and the wheel will be in the future release of CD. So I'm putting away my pennies and looking toward, probably a 4th generation Surface Studio.
Like it or not we all have to swim in the same water so being portable is just the way it is and the way it's going to be more in the future.
I don't think for power users there will ever be a real desktop replacement, I can't imagine regularly working with large files and transparency without one.
The Surface Studio I think can augment my desktop by utilizing it for repair work on archival prints. The work flow is simply that much easier.
