I want to buy a Microsoft Surface (with 4G LTE), which surface should I get that runs Corel draw x7 the best?
Not sue I'm the best judge but I have two clients running them and they use the top of the line, pricey! With that said they love them and they use CorelDraw X7.
I bet you're a serious designer! [;)]
About a year and a half ago I put in a new system so my budget is placing revenue away for a replacement in a few years. I tested a developer version of the Surface Studio and found it to be the future of graphics.
I say this because graphics tablets for some reason just can't get it together with their drivers and MS has the resources to fix any interface issues that pop may up.
With that said Gerard has stated on this forum that full support for the Surface Studio and the wheel will be in the future release of CD. So I'm putting away my pennies and looking toward, probably a 4th generation Surface Studio.
Like it or not we all have to swim in the same water so being portable is just the way it is and the way it's going to be more in the future.
I don't think for power users there will ever be a real desktop replacement, I can't imagine regularly working with large files and transparency without one.
The Surface Studio I think can augment my desktop by utilizing it for repair work on archival prints. The work flow is simply that much easier.

I work solely with laptops these days, and external screens/monitors.
I know a desktop would be great, and I even look at desktops, buy my new computer in a week from now, will once again be a laptop. But then I move around. I have my at home workplace as well as Coffee shops and other places. I am a truly mobile working illustrator and designer.
I also buy great rucksacks with place for my laptop. My wacom Intuos PRO. And my sketchbook and pens, markers.
I use both clouds and external hard drives. I have one cloud solutions for my work & archive, and other cloud solution for all things files sent to clients (dropbox). All is about being able to work both at home with all th great extra machinery and big monitors, and still being able to work at coffee shops or clients and what have you.
One of the Main reason for me to not use a Surface PRO is the smaller size. And some other reasons. I can't work with smaller screens than 15.6 on laptops. Its the sweet spot size. While at my home work place, I can't work with smaller than 25 inch external monitors. And connect my HDMI cable second i am at home, to the monitor.
I'm seeing more people like you all the time, mobile is just not a desirable aspect of the work it's mandatory. It must be a challenge, BTW I've made my mobile choice a laptop too, although it's rarely mandatory for me.
