Rotate Problems

All was working well in x7 until a few days ago when I suddenly lost some of the functionality in Draw.

I use the classic version of the workspace but suddenly cannot rotate objects as shown in the screen below - no longer see this box in the classic workspace view.

I can only see the box when I use the Illustrator version of the workspace.

How can I fix this - I did reinstall the software but that did not fix things.

    Other options are not exactly the same as the Transformations docker.

    1. The angle for rotation shown in the Transformations docker is relative, not absolute.

    2. Rotation in the Transformations docker "remembers" the value. It's easy to apply the same rotation to another selection later, or to make small adjustments to the rotation of an object by repeatedly applying the same (small) rotation.

    3. Rotation in the Transformations docker can produce multiple copies.
