For the last day or so I have been getting a message when I access Draw or Photopaint
It tells me that my copy of the software is a bootleg and several features have been disabled.Since I am using a purchased and duly registered full copy of X7, this comes as a surprise. I tried cleaning out my temp file directory, and it didn't help.Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this and how I can fix it? I am losing valuable work time.Using Windows 10 BTW
From whom did you purchase the software package/download? I know there has been a company selling copies that really weren't legit. I read this somewhere.
Properly purchased (full version) and installed. I have the original DVD. It was registered with Corel too.
Program worked fine until yesterday after a Windows 10 update.
Properly purchased or registered doesn't mean it is not a bootleg copy. You need to contact Corel Customer service no one here is going to be able to help you with this.
Contacted customer support, and it was not a bootleg copy. Now waiting for second tier support to get back to me with a fix. In the interim, I am going to remove the software completely, reboot the system and reinstall.
