I want to move the No transparency, but it is not moving and duplicating.
besides moving other than my required place, it is coming and placing to my expected.

It seems that you're trying to edit the secondary mouse button while select objects... it's supposed that you should go to Tools / options / customization, then edit the secondary mouse button, adding, removing or editing items
