Hello msenjur; That looks like a printing, You can get the text the size and way you want it, then use the Contour to get the outline, then resize to fit. It isn't to hard if you are doing a print & cut, just overlay the graphics over it. You may want to use Cutout Lab in PP to get the graphics the way you want.

i think that we dont understand eachother.
I need to create fountain fill of that ouline. It could be contour also... In illustrator i use gradient tool, but im having problems with edges...

Two lines, one on top of the other. Bottom line a heavier weight than the top. Make the bottom line the darker blue and the top line a light blue. Do a blend.
I am traveling right now and using my phone... so haven't tried this. Do it all the time in XDP and so think this should work.
three shapes/text three different outline thicknesses. Using BDSoftEdge macro on each.
