X7 Will Not Update to 7.3

Hello. I am trying to update the x7 to the newest update. It will go all through the process and stop at the actual installation part. A window pops up with a balloon inside that I cant do anything with and doesn't do anything. when I close the window it says I aborted the installation

Any ideas
