Good morning, new guy here, so take it easy...LOL...ok, i'm using coreldraw x8. I am simply drawing stencils (someone's last name for example). Lets say I type "SMITH". Ok, I type the name, click cutcontour, see the cut line, ensure i click "hairline", highlight the area, then click on cut/plot (CM4) and the stencil is sent to the plotter, graphtec 8600-130. Problem is - the stencil is a random size, probably close to 1/3 the actual size it should be. I've checked shaping, scaling, etc and everything says 100%. I have the proportional lock on. No idea what to do next. HELP!! thanks everyone
Hello @ geometry dash scratch, I think when sending the stencil to the plotter, check if there are any scaling options enabled in the print/plot dialog box. Look for options like "Fit to page" or "Scale to fit" and ensure they are disabled. This will prevent any automatic resizing of the stencil during the printing/plotting process.
