You do realize the plugin was written by a third party, and not by Adobe themselves, right?

Made by Mix Online, it’s Windows and Mac compatible, and it works with Illustrator CS3, CS4 and CS5. The exported code will function in IE9, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera.
That said, since it's free and works with other programs, have you tried it to see if it works in CorelDraw? Most Adobe plugins do.
