Hello. I am having some problems and I hope someone can help me. I made a design for a snowboard top layer. The design was made in PS CC on a scale 1:1 165x35cm 300dpi. After I export from PS everything is good I send it to the printing company but when they load it into corel they can only see a long vector like triangle in which the design is visible the rest is white. This is the screenshot they sent to me. I've tried to export from photoshop with different settings like with compression, without compression same issue. Now I dont know if the problem is from my side or they have issues with corel.
The problem is not the file compression. The TIF has several extra channels, that are used as masks. What oyu see is the content of the first mask Delete all unwanted masks and problem solved.
I did a fast file test here:

Thank you very much. You just saved my life.
Would it be to much to ask to upload the file without those masks? I am at work and I can't modify the file to send it to the printer.
I'm already uploaded the file without masks. You can download and use it. If you need to fix any other file, feel free to post here or send me to ariel.garaza@gmail.com
It's interesting it appears that photo-PAINT opened the tif file properly
Open Channels docker (Ctrl+F9) and you'll see the problem
Dude I did that file was FUBAR!
