Don't know if this is the right place to ask for help abou t ParticleShop, but I did not find anotherplace ;-)
I just built a new computer with Windows 10 PRO - 64 Bits and tried to reinstall my former copy of Particle Shop
I selected the language, But the installation freezes after the display of the next screen presenting Particle Shop
I tried many, many times without success
What surprises me is thet this software worked fine on the former computer (running Winows 10 Family edition 64 Bits)
Any help would be welcome !

Perhaps the installer is searching for a "host". Do you have CorelDraw or PhotoShop installed or not? Have you tried re-starting the OS? How long does the Welcome screen freeze for - more that 20 minutes?

I have Photoshop installed CC 2017 & CC 2018 - I restarted Windows 10 many, many times - The installation screen freezes for a long time (but I probably did not wait 20 minutes !) - in retry tonight and let it go until omorrow morning !!!!
The installer does download the bits during the install process, no internet access or a slow connection can cause it not to install or be a slow process.
