Gravity not working correctly

1. If i turn Gravity off, drawing elements still snap to Gravity points.

2. If I turn off all Gravity except Grid, drawing elements still snap to Edge, Intersection, Node, etc.

3. I cannot turn off Pixel in Gravity.
