Corel Designer 2020 Extrude Tool

Hi I'm using the extrude tool in Corel Designer 2020.

I was hoping someone could tell me how and or if you can use the extrude tool to extrude on a projected view to a specific length?

I'm trying to draw an 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/4" (thick) angle iron and extrude it TO 12 inches in length.
