Help, I just tried to load my new CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X4 and they requested a "Serial Number" If it was on the BOX that the CD came in, then I'm S.O.L., as I threw the box away last week and put the CD in a holder. Now today I tried to load it and do not have a serial number. SHEESH!!! How dumb can one get.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
If you purchased a legal copy of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite, the serial number should be on a sticker on the back of the DVD Sleave. If you cannot find it, please contact the Corel Customer Service (http://www.corel.com/contactus) with your proof of purchase information.
As a side note, the box itself is part of the proof of purchase normally... you will therefore most certainly be asked for a reciept or invoice that proves you purchased CorelDRAW legally... you would be amazed by how many people try to get free serial numbers
Please wrte the serial number for me. I've lost the documents of coreldraw graphic suite 12
That's a good one, Abraham.I don't think you can expect that kind of help here, at least I hope you can't.
If you really lost your document I think you should try to contact Corel directly, but unless you can prove you have a legal copy they probably can't help you.Not sure they can anyway, CorelDraw 12 may be too old.
Thanks for your advice Ronny. I will get another one. but how can i get them directly?

Hi Ronny...
Maybe you could help me. I have a boxed set of CorelDraw Graph Suite X6 that my company bought for my role last year in July.
I recently joined my company and saw this. I tried installing it today but it kept asking for a serial number, which I couldnt find anywhere.
I also have a photocopy of a licensing certificate from Corel, which mentions my company name, order number and product number. Is that the serial number?
Then there is also a sticker with a bar code and a number on the box...a rather long number with both alphabets and numbers along with the year it was ordered etc. is that the serial number?
Then there is a different number at the back of the box with a printed bar code (not sticker) and another longish number. Which one is the serial number?
Also, I keep reading that the cd sleeve should have the serial number but i never got a cd sleeve. My cd came in a paper sleeve attached inside the guidebook and has no writing or graphic on it whatsoever.
What do I do?

That sounds like you have a company licence rather than a retail version. I'm not sure if the company licence works the same way. In the retail version it is a number beginning DR16. But the licence version might be different.
