Why can't I unlock this object?

Occasionally I have files where various items get locked and can't be unlocked.

The message I get with this problem when Opening the file is that the file has been created in another program and the objects will be locked and if I unlock them I will lose some attributes.

The file was made in X5 and never opened in another program.

When you open the file hit F4 to zoom to the object.

Have a look very puzzling.

    Hi.

    I am seeing this as a CustomEffectGroupShape

    It can be deleted but the effect used to create it is not available so Draw can't do anything with it.

    Kinda like if you select a contour in Draw. Draw knows it's a contour shape and handles it accordingly. What if the contour function was removed from the program. Then what would Draw do?

     

    I am also seeing that it's locked property is already False.

    Yes, weird. It probably has a simple explanation though.
