"Ghost" dockers (pallets)

Can anyone tell me what the Sam Hill is going on here? I start Draw X5 version 15.2.0.695 in Windows 7 64-bit and get my customized pallets (i.e., dockers) which minimize just fine when I minimize the program, but I also get this whole set of greyed-out pallets, as seen here (showing the entire spread of my dual wide-monitor system with Draw—and desired pallets—minimized):

These greyed-out pallets don't minimize—or do anything else, for that matter, but block my view of the Desktop. The "Show Desktop" button on the Taskbar will make them minimize, but they pop back up if I restore my minimized Draw or PhotoPaint.

As my Windows Task Manager shows, some (but not all) of these pallets are running as Applications:

In any case, I have to tediously close each individual pallet to get rid of it. Anyone else seen this? Any ideas?
