Using Corel Connect how the heck do you get the fonts into Coreldraw X5
Same problem importing the downloaded fonts
Copy the font files to your windows font folder and they will be in Corel - no importing necessary and you don't have to use Bitstream either although it gives you some basic control over fonts.
Hello starshipwarrior; Make a dir. ( I made one named Fonts ) on the hard drive copy all your fonts to that dir. open "Birsream Font Navigator" and tell it to search for fonts in that dir. Do Not Load The Fonts In Windows Font Dir. depending on what Windows you have more than 400 fonts in that dir. will cause PROBLEMS. The more fonts that is in the Windows Fonts dir. the slower Windows Runs. Leave the fonts that other programs load in Windows Fonts Dir. so they don't have a problem finding them.
My Thoughts George
