CRC error when installing PaintShop Pro 2021 Ultimate from CD on Windows 7

Hello, I am trying to install PaintShop Pro 2021 Ultimate from a CD onto my Windows 7 64 bit PC. When installing, it will get to the visual

 C++ 2017 configuration and then will fail with a CRC error.

It got through the visual c++ 2012 with no issues, but fails on the next step with 2017.

I am running as administrator on my system.
