I bitmap a image with transparent option. then trying to bitmap effect. but it's background white does not transparent. it's shows with image and does not transparent corners. How i can fix it.?
I think the vignette within CorelDraw does not support transparency. The options are only black, white or other. You can try selecting other and try to match the background colour, but that is not the best answer (and completely impossible if your background is not uniform).
I suggest instead:
Harry i dont use photopaint. i use only corel draw. i do other stuff in photoshop. just i uses corel draw for vectors. tell any solution in only corel draw dear.
on the ther hand in X3 it's work fine but only in X6 the problem occurs.
I'm not sure why the CorelDraw vignette does not support transparency in X6 and X7. It is not something I can fix, nor is it ever likely to be fixed in X6, but I will enquire about X7.
Closest I can get within CorelDraw (maybe somebody else has a better idea) is to select the bitmap and use transparency tool with the square option. But this is not very flexible and really only works with square images -- otherwise only the longer sides will be vignetted:
X7 does a little better, because it supports rectangular as well as square transparency, but you cannot do this with X6:
u did well herry, but i personally judge that X4,5,6,7 has much problem. i uses x3. and there is no any problems with x3. but our client bring files in newer versions therefore i uses x6 or x7. x4,5,6,7 are much faster then previous but they have a lot of errors.
Any way thanks a lot. i wait for other response.
The vignette in PhotoPaint supports transparency, but you must create the vignette on a duplicated second layer with an alternate color below the top layer to see the effects. Once this is done, copy/paste into Draw.
