increase menu bar font

I'm trying to change over to this new version but a few things I find quite irritating.

1.  How do you increase the font size of the "menu bar"?

2.  How do you delete the "tab bar" completely?

3.  How do you delete the "quick customize" buttons from the toolbox completely?
