Upgrade Draw X4 not for commercial use

I have Draw X4 not for commercial use. It does not work on Windows 10.

Draw X7 Home and Student does not have a symbol manager which for me is essential.

Can I upgrade from the non-commercial X4 to the full blown X7, or do I have to buy the full version?

Or could I upgrade my X7 Home and Student - or have I wasted my money on that?
