I'm using Corel Draw x5 and I need to export .AI version 7.0 . It is possible?

Not sure but version 7 is not listed in the X8 export dialog either.
Wouldn't version 3.x or 8.0 work?

No. I need to import in laser cutting software. Only 7.0 AI version will work without error. Before x5 I was using x4 and there was available this version for export. Any suggestions?

Check with the software vendor.
Adobe Illustrator 7 is almost twenty years old, and surely they must support something more up to date.

Sorry, I have no other ideas. Except to go back to X4, if it worked for you there.
