After installing, and trying to run the software i get the following message:Try restarting your computer and then restarting the program. If these actions do not solve the problem, try uninstalling and resinstalling the program (Error 4).I have done both the actions, restarting and uninstalling, but i get the same error.
I have also clear the temp-direcotry. Deactiviate the antivirus-software is not possivbe (password-protected).
The antivirus software is mcafee
Windows XP with SP3
Any ideas ?
