How do I make a multi piece design join without gaps?

Hi, i've got a 3 piece design and they join together but the point at which they join isn't exactly matching perfectly, theres a slight gap between the lines/curves of the 2&3 piece which attach to the first.. i did them separately and then placed them together.. How do i now get them to not have a  gap (or overlap)? I've tried using the shape tool but it just doesnt fix the issue. I have attached the file here for you guys to see.. look closely at the point where the two curved shaped things join the base of the large outer curve..inlay_7th_c.cdr

  • I'm guessing you want to cut these out on a plotter of some sort. Presently if you add a temporary green outline -- which will show the path that the plotter will take -- you can see that the outline breaks the design apart, so you will get three pieces:

    To solve that in X6:

    • Arrange > break apart -- this gets you back to three separate objects
    • Select all objects and Arrange > shaping > Weld

Now if you look at the green outline you will see the outline no longer crosses the join -- ie, a plotter would cut the design as a single piece:
