Macros are disabled

Hi All,

Everything was fine until today when started working and wanted to run my macro. In Macro Manager buttons New and Load are disabled (Grayd out)...

Also Tools>Options>VBA>Delay Load VBA is checked but when I uncheck it and close the window then reopen it, it is checked again agghhh. I dont know how to fix it. Tried googling for a while until decided to see if anyone has any clue what may be causing this?

    after "unchecking" the delay load VBA try hitting tools/save settings as default
