Multiple Justify options within one paragraph text box

I am trying to create a column of text. The text in the column needs to be fully justified with titles centered interspersed between sections of the text. When I try this, it changes all of the text to fully justified or centered. I can't figure out how to have both within one. Am I missing something? Thanks!!!

You need to use paragraph text with a return between the lines you want to justify differently

Yes! Thank you! I had converted artistic text to paragraph text and it had removed the return between the lines and I hadn't realized it.

Tip of the day: It is a good idea to keep lines that belong together connected with a line break (Shift+Enter), or simply let them flow automatically, and only use paragraph break (Enter) when you really want a new paragraph.
That way it is much easier to format the text.
We often see people use paragraph break for every single line.
