Can CorelDraw Create Websites?

I'm trying to use CorelDraw to make a really simple website.

There are seven pages, each with text and rollovers.

When I export to html there are errors on most of the pages. Extra text is added, some text is wrong and some of the rollovers are wrong.

Does the export to html feature work or would I be better using my old Serif Webplus software?
