My clone tool and touch-up tool have stopped functioning. This has happened to me before. Someone told me how to fix this by resetting the programme to factory settings, or something like that. Can anyone help me?
Before you do that, make sure you are not editing a 48 bit image -- check the clone tool with a simple RGB image.
If you do need to reset photopaint, close it and hold down F8. Restart photopaint with the mouse and keep F8 down until a message confirms the reset.
