Color is different

I find it difficult to work with images regarding the color since the colors are duller in Corel PhotoPaint then if I was to save it as a jpg and open it. The image will be brighter and more vibrant and more saturated when I open the saved file. If I was to edit that vibrant file, it will again be dull in Corel PhotoPaint. How can I get the vibrantness to match from within Corl PhotoPaint and as a finished product?
